DEFECTIVE PRINTS If you receive a defective or damaged print, please keep all packaging and contact Stone Horse Productions for further instructions to replace your prints.

TIMELINE FOR EXCHANGES:
You will be eligible for an exchange if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. 15 days or later of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused. (unless an exemption has been issued via stonehorseproductions@gmail.com)
